    Bouncing around on a mini trampoline ‘ROCKS’. Everyone loves to bounce! Look what happens when you bounce a baby on your knee, they start to giggle and smile and end up laughing. We were born to bounce! Take that through the generations and you have one of the most amazing exercise programmes ever, which is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes whilst actually having a fun time AND GETTING FIT!

    NASA even agrees that bouncing is “the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man”. Studies by NASA scientists show that bouncing around on a mini trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging and yet requires less effort! You can also develop both upper and lower body strength just as effectively as weight lifting without the strain or threat of pulled or torn muscles.

    Put simply – bouncing on a mini trampoline is unlike regular trampolining; the aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements. Boogie Bounce is dancing with intervals of jumping, bouncing, frogging and stomping, to name but a few moves, performed to music and a set programme. My main aim when I started training with Tracy was to lose weight. I’d been going to fitness classes for over a year, but I still weighed over 100kg, I was a size 20 and eating unhealthily. I also have 2 children and thought I’d struggle to find the time to change my diet and fit in exercise.

Tracy designed a brilliant exercise regime for me that fits in to my family and working life, and has given me gentle but firm advice about food and eating sensibly. She’s always quietly encouraging without being patronising, both when things are going well, and when I “fall off the wagon”!

Since starting my training programme, I’ve lost 4.5 stone, 4 dress sizes and about 43 inches (including over 8 inches off both my waist and bum!). I won’t say it’s been easy; there are days when I could have demolished a pot of Ben and Jerry’s but stopped at a scoop, and other days where muscles ached that I didn’t even know existed, but it’s all been worth it. I’m now down to the size and weight I’ve always dreamed of being, and I’m managing to stay that way.

I can honestly say that Tracy’s completely changed my outlook on life. My confidence has grown as my body has shrunk, and she’s shown me that it’s not so much about losing weight, and more about finding out what my body can do - my goals have shifted to lifting more, gaining muscle, and running further and faster.

I wouldn’t go to events or parties with my husband because I was embarrassed about how I looked and how much weight I had gained! I decided it was time to do something about it, a friend told me about Tracy’s (Fitness Fairy) Zumba classes and we went together. We loved them! We enjoyed them so much we asked about other classes Tracy does, she told us about Boogie Bounce which we now do 3-4 times a week! We are now, as Tracy calls it, Boogie Bounce Addicts! Combined with a healthier diet (and I will add I haven’t cut out my chocolate completely) in three months I have found myself a new size 12 and feeling fresh and healthy. My fitness has improved significantly; I am so much happier and have a new found confidence!

Boogie Bounce is AMAZING and the results even more so! I have tried hundreds of diets, etc, and nothing has ever worked until now! You feel it working straight away and it’s a great stress relief. It just makes you happy!
